Depth Filtration

There are two main types of depth media, True Depth and Rolled Depth.

True Depth media uses a graded micron density throughout, with the less tightly packed media on the outside, capturing the larger particles. 

Rolled Depth uses bands of media at different micron rating between layers means premature blocking of cartridge can be expected.
